    Topic: Coaching & Consulting Skills
How can we as HR professionals apply the skills and tools that professional coaches and consultants use? What are the advantages of using a coaching approach, consulting approach, or more directive approach with employees and leaders and how do you know when to use each?
In this session, participants will learn the advantages of developing coaching and consulting skills, will learn and practice those skills, and will leave with practical tools and ideas for on-the-job application. Participants will engage in application activities and hear real-world examples from the presenters and their experience with coaching and consulting as HR professionals. Ultimately, participants will leave this session with knowledge and tools that will help them to enhance their client/customer relationships and support stronger performance and business outcomes.
