    • How to find the right Talent: Recruitment best practices. We will discuss how to search for candidates in today’s market.
    • How to retain your Talent: Improve your retention. We will identify the top components to getting employees to stay. Employers who want to retain their top talent need to ensure they are following key practices to keep their employees engaged and committed.

    About the Presenters
    Celerity Staffing Solutions has been providing premier recruiting, staffing, and human resource solutions to businesses in Dane County from their Middleton headquarters since 1994 and in Dodge, Jefferson and Waukesha Counties since 2011. Celerity provides their clients with expertise in all facets of the hiring process from sourcing, screening, and cultural fit evaluations, to negotiating the job offer and employee development.
    Presenter: Terry Healy-Lemke
    As a Branch Manager and Senior Recruiter for Celerity, Terry sources, qualifies, and places candidates in a wide range of local area businesses. Terry has been with Celerity for over 18 years and in the human resources and employment industry for 22 years. Terry has been actively involved in the Middleton Chamber for the past 17 years and the Watertown Chamber for 2 ½ years. Terry has personally conducted over 7,000 interviews during her career.
    Presenter: Sue Estes
    As Director of Specialized Services, Sue is responsible for all of Celerity’s services in the financial, insurance, and call center business sectors. In addition Sue directs Celerity’s human resource consulting practice. A recruiting and human resources industry veteran, Sue has been with Celerity for over 15 years and has been an active leader in the state SHRM and SOCAP organizations.
