    About The Presentation:

Connect Diversity & Inclusion—and Your Employees With Each Other

Companies that embrace diversity and create inclusive cultures will reach their business goals, innovate, profit and succeed.  It starts with exploration and understanding. It starts with Contineo, a game of conversation, challenges and team activities for companies of any size.

This session is highly interactive with lots of group discussion and dialogue.

What makes Contineo so engaging and effective?

    • People-Focused: Diversity & Inclusion is about working together. Contineo requires and inspires participants to engage and collaborate within diverse teams.
    • Fun: Through its fun, engaging “game playing” experience. Contineo puts learning into action while cementing relevant concepts and ideas.
    • Scalable: Contineo’s exclusive trainer certification program equips companies to deliver the simulation experience—and scale it across the enterprise.
    • Customizable—Contineo can be customized for companies of any size, to specific business scenarios, even by country and translated into multiple languages.

    The key learning objectives include:

    • Try a new approach to Diversity and Inclusion training using gaming and experiential learning methods
    • Discover best practices for making any training or developmental activity more interactive and experiential
    • Build your knowledge and skills in building a business case for the strategic value of Diversity and Inclusion
