    Topic: Building Effective Teams!
    Speaker: Randy Kratz, IMPACT Workplace Services Building Effective Teams An effective team is more than just a group of people. This session provides the resources to improve team functioning by exploring the influence of trust, communication and leadership in an effective team process. Participants will discuss strategies to effectively motivate and manage teams, and learn what contributes to the breakdown of trust and how it can be rebuilt. Common leadership challenges Workplace behaviors that erode trust The risk of the hidden agenda Strategies for rebuilding fractured trust

    About the Presenter:
    Randy Kratz is a licensed clinical social worker and professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin. He has worked as both a counselor and supervisor in outpatient and hospital settings for over 20 years. He has been a consultant at IMPACT for over 16 years providing employers with assistance for conflict management, organizational change, substance abuse and other organizational development challenges affecting people. Randy is an experienced adult educator. He’s presented at many conferences and workshops throughout the Midwest. His presentation style and story-telling ability utilizes his vast experiences with people.

    This program has been approved for 1.25 strategic recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
