WI SHRM is hosting the 25th Anniversary State Conference in Madison this year, October 12th – 14th and they need your help!
If you’re attending this year’s conference, please consider taking scheduling some time to volunteer. Volunteering is a great way to meet other HR professionals throughout the state.
WI SHRM is seeking volunteers to assist in the following areas:
- Accommodations – pass out Exhibitor lunches and/or direct Conference Attendees during meal times. Help with any games that are planned for us on our 25th anniversary conference!
- Activities – greet and direct traffic during Wednesday night’s Trivia game, Thursday night’s dinner/entertainment, and/or Exhibit Hall needs as they arise
- Bookstore – assist the SHRM Bookstore with setup, teardown, and/or book signings
- Communications/Web – assist with delivering signage and/or helping with conference communication
- Programming – an usher and/or speaker introductions during break-out session(s) during the conference. Great way to hear the speaker of your choice and volunteer at the same time!
- Registration – a few spots left to assist in the registration process by working at the Attendee, Volunteer, and/or Exhibitor registration desks
