    About the Presenter:

    Deborah DeNure is the founder and Chief Learning Officer of DB Associates, Training and Project Mgt. Services. Ms. DeNure has a B.S. in Education, Health and Human Services, is a member of American Society of Training Dev. (ASTD), Society of Consumer Affairs for Professionals (SOCAP), Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and Madison Area Business Consultants (MABC). She brings over twenty years of experience in personal and professional development; is an adjunct instructor for Fox Valley Technical College and Madison College; and is a certified practitioner for a number of thought leadership programs including Herrmann Intl., Ken Blanchard, Accelerated Learning System, Vital Learning, Achieve Global, Dev. Dimensions Intl., Vision Point Productions and the Coffman Org., including the implementation and evaluation of several psychometric tools such as Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument(HBDI), DiSC Profile, Myers Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Employee Engagement Survey 2.0 (EE2.0), StrengthsFinder 2.0 and Learning in Style Assessment.

    Her community services include being a board member for McFarland Community Food Pantry, McFarland Lioness Club and Madison Women Golf League, outreach speaker for the Susan G Komen Foundation and a mentor for members of ABCD (After Breast Cancer Diagnosis); serves on the Fundraising board for The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin.
