About the Presentation
Overview: This presentation will focus on Private Exchanges and their growing presence across the benefits landscape and what the business community has learned from early adopters. Healthcare Reform has provided an opportunity for organizations to reevaluate their current benefit structure to find a cost effective solution that suites the needs of employees.

About the Presenter
Jody Dubuque is a Senior Associate in Mercer’s Milwaukee office. She leads the business development strategy for the Wisconsin market.
Jody has worked with the HR function for over 20 years through business and channel development efforts. She has experience cultivating relationships at HR senior management, health and benefits, HR technology, compensation and operations. Jody is responsible for managing Milwaukee client growth, retention and satisfaction through leveraging Mercer’s expertise.
Before joining Mercer, Jody worked with an HR advisory firm sharing quantitative insights about the HR market and trends. She also consulted large employers on employee engagement solutions through incentive based programs.
Jody is a graduate of DePaul’s Keller Graduate School of Management with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University.
