About the Presentation
We have been aware of generational differences since the 60s when the Baby Boomer children refused to conform to societal mores that their parents held. With 3-4 generations still working, and another not too close behind, it is important to UNDERSTAND why these generations hold their beliefs close to the vest! Age should never be a barrier to collaboration but often it is. How can we as HR people get past it??
Mike Previte, Leadership Instructor from Waukesha County Technical College will do a review of the current working generations and teach a strengths based approach to teamwork.
