    About the Presentation
Overview: Wellness programs are not only prevalent among organizations due to their historically strong return on investment and improvement of overall employee health, but also because they serve as an effective catalyst for high employee morale and a decrease in absenteeism/presenteeism. While the benefits of having a wellness program in place are abundantly known, the manner by which to foster “buy-in” from upper management and subsequently develop a great wellness team are true roadblocks for HR professionals. This presentation will provide a plethora of dos and don’ts for developing, maintaining and continuously expanding the effectiveness of wellness programs of all shapes and sizes.

    Overall Objective:
Learn how to increase the probability of successfully developing, implementing and sustaining a wellness program at your organization.
