About the Presentation
This interactive, thought provoking workshop is designed to expose both interviewers and interviewees to diversity in the workplace. Both Supervisory Management and Human Resources professionals will find this workshop extremely valuable in carrying out their roles today and in the future as it relates to employment decision-making. The facilitator will engage the attendees in discussions that require both critical thinking and problem solving skills.
One key take- away of this program will be a YouTube Video questionnaire that will drive the small group discussion to be more focused on the key areas of concern. Thus, all attendees will leave the workshop with a toolkit that will help them to further understand the multicultural workplaces that we live in.
Key Objectives:
1. Recognize the advantages of a multicultural workforce
2. Analyze the challenges a supervisor faces in the selection process
3. Understand practical interviewing skills in a diverse environment
