    About the Presentation

    "Change" is based on many bestseller books and focuses on two key elements in the workplace: trust and high functioning teams. How will you as the millennial generation fit into the workplace very soon? Who are the generations that will be leading you? How will you build trust with your peers and other departments?

    This workshop features self-assessments and proven techniques to help students understand the workplace as it exists today. Navigate it and you are a superstar. Handle it poorly and you put yourself at risk!
     
    The speaker looks forward to sharing his 36 years in people facing positions with examples of companies who do it right - but also what to do if you end up at a company who doesn’t!

    About the Presenter

    *Currently teach in and am lead for the Human Resources and Leadership programs at WCTC in Pewaukee. We have 21,000 part and full time students.
    *I have instructor as my title.
    *Have an undergrad in Accounting and an MBA in Management from Notre Dame University.
    *I have been a full time teacher there for 10 years
    *I also have spent my career working with outside companies teaching them team-building techniques.
    *Before that I was a sales manager, corporate trainer and HR Manager at AT&T for 23 years
    *I run a nonprofit for inner city kids that teaches baseball, conditioning and tutors them.
    *I have coached girls’ sports since 1997 and currently coach the girl’s field hockey team at Kettle Moraine HS.
