    About the Presentation

Worker’s Compensation Process and Changes – 2016 and Beyond

Join us on for a presentation on the ins and outs of the Wisconsin worker’s compensation system. We’ll review the process in which most law changes take place in our state while focusing on the role that the Worker’s Compensation Advisory Council plays. We will review the high and lows of the big changes that took place in 2016 and will discuss ways that employers should be optimizing the impact of those changes. We will also review the status of the current negotiates and provide insight into potential changes. Finally, we will review the proposed changes in the Governor’s budget bill that could end up costing employers more money.
