    About the Program

    “Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast”

A Peter Drucker quote that sums up our April presentation

Who owns culture? Is it the CEO? Is the HR Manager? Is it the Leadership Team?

What is the mission of your organization? Can you relate to it?

Company CEO Zach Blumenfeld helps you gain valuable insight into how to make your culture more appealing to potential and existing workers.

    You will learn:

    • The latest research on disengagement and the cost of turnover
    • How to differentiate between the Millenial and Gen Z generation of employees
    • How to work with remote location and multi-building workers to make them feel a valued part of your company’s culture
    • How to create a culture of innovation to combat “We’ve done it this way the last 10 years.”
    • How mission driven work plays in to culture
