    The Benefits of Voluntary Benefits

    Have you ever been standing by the water cooler and listen to an employee talk about something that just happened to them and they said “Wish I had a benefit here for that?”
    You know most folks could use help with their mortgage, take care of that cost of a tooth filling, or just some help taking care of their loved ones. We are going to discuss a way that it will not cost your company a dime to offer a benefit and help with your employee’s morale and your company’s retention.
    This meeting will cover the Top 5 most popular voluntary benefits and some of the future ones coming down the line. We will discuss how they work and help you prepare you to be compliant with the Affordable Care Act provision of the Cadillac Tax.
