About the Presentation
Overview: This presentation will focus around how Human Resource Professionals can help employees and executives manage and facilitate change within the organization. With an ever changing and evolving workplace, an HR professional’s ability to promote employees’ adjustments to new technologies, flexible work hours, generational differences and changes to health care is paramount. This session will provide strategies for HR professionals to help decision makers in their respective organizations adjust, embrace and implement both companywide initiatives and those originating from the Human Resources business function.

About the Presenter
Jane Dolan is a recognized expert in developing individuals and teams. Her areas of expertise include: strengths based development and coaching, career transition, values clarification, performance improvement, competency and skills assessments and development, team effectiveness, and improved team dynamics.
Jane started her own consulting business in 2007 after 20 years of experience in the human resources field. She has coached in Fortune 500 companies through entrepreneurial start-ups in high technology, service, and manufacturing industries. Jane was a co-owner of a retail business in downtown Milwaukee for 8 years and has a Master’s of Business Administration from Marquette University. She utilizes multiple assessments and 360 feedback instruments and is certified in Emotional Intelligence, PDI Profiler, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Jane is a graduate of Coach U and received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessments.
