Success Planning: What is that? Succession planning is a journey, not a destination. It involves planning for the eventual replacement of managers at all levels of an organization. It's getting the right person in place for every job. It is ever changing as our workforce changes. Get your questions answered on how to & where to start, what works, and what doesn't work from experts who work with employers on a wide variety of projects. About the Presenters:
Our guest speakers have over 60 years combined experience in business ownership; working in both the public and private sector, family-owned businesses, financial institutions and manufacturing, to name a few.
Jude M. Werra, CMC: Throughout his career, Jude has dealt with almost every aspect of Talent Management. He is sought as a speaker on topics related to executive selection, succession planning, executive leadership and development, career management and the management consulting profession. He has participated in global exchange missions exploring Talent Management practices in China, Japan, Russia and Belarus. He has devoted more than 30 years to a consulting career dedicated to selecting star quality leaders.
His firm, Jude M. Werra & Associates, LLC, has been honored as among the "100 Leading Management Consulting firms in North America". Jude is a graduate of Marquette University.
Richard J. Henry, Ph.D.: Professional activities include executive and management assessment for development and selection, executive and management team building, organization assessment and development, acquisition risk management, executive coaching and on-boarding, and leadership succession planning. His coaching experience includes developmental, career, performance, role transition, and specific issue coaching with a broad spectrum of top executives and middle managers across many diverse industries. Team-building activities have ranged from the Board level through middle management levels. Acquisition risk management activities have addressed both U.S. and International company acquisitions.
Dick is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Marquette University.
